We are an Association of residents living in Arlington, Massachusetts who for 92 years have cooperatively maintained many of the shared roadways of Precinct 12 that are Private Ways.
The Town of Arlington does not maintain Private Ways, so preserving the safety and convenience of these roads is the responsibility of the homeowners. The Association organizes regular maintenance to prolong the life of the road surface, funded exclusively by voluntary member dues.
We are managed by a volunteer board elected at an annual meeting held for all members.
The Arlington Heights Tower Association is a registered nonprofit corporation in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
