Why Pay Your Dues?

  • We use your money wisely. All membership dues, other than minimal expenses for communications and administrative operations, go directly to the repair of our streets. The members of the Board of Directors receive no compensation. 

  • It's cost effective for everyone. Sharing the cost to deal with yearly road deterioration helps maintain our property values and saves every homeowner money in the long run, by delaying the need for total road surface replacement.

  • It's only fair to your neighbors. If you live in the Association area, you benefit from the work that is funded entirely by residents of your neighborhood. Paying your share is part of being a good neighbor, and a small price for well-maintained roads.
