Proposed Update to Association Bylaws
At our upcoming annual meeting we will review and hold a vote to approve an update to the Association by-laws, which date back several decades. Member participation is important, and we urge you to attend this meeting. However, if you do not plan to attend, we ask you to grant voting proxy to the board when you complete your dues payment to enable these updates by a vote of the membership as required. The changes formalize longstanding current practice, and do not make substantive changes to the Association.
